FAQ

When trying to enroll a Purifier, the device keeps falling back to "I'm Listening"

For an Air Purifier to connect to CEDP Devices, the device needs to be added to an allow list and have its IP address reserved to a predetermined range. This is based on the device's media access control (MAC) address.

If the MAC address is incorrect, even to one character, it will not be allowed onto the network. To resolve this, please follow this guide:

Gathering Air Purifiers data - ServiceNow

I can see random 'Aeris-xxxx' wireless networks

When an Air Purifier is not enrolled or is failing to connect to the network, it will switch back to enrollment mode, requiring a re-enrollment. To identify which unit is in this mode, look for the "I'm Listening" message on the purifers screen or use AirPort Utility to identify the device basted on Mac Address

How do i reset the Purifier

To reset an Air Purifier, Hold the ‘A’ button. The device will reboot. Release when it restarts, if the reset was successful, you will see the screen switch back to 'I'm Listening" and will broadcast an opened Wi-Fi Network

Does the purifier forget it's network settings if it is unplugged from the wall
